Easter Bunny Popcorn

Serves: 16 cups
  • ½ cup un-popped popcorn or 16 cups of popped popcorn
  • 4 squares White chocolate almond bark
  • 1 cup Easter M&M’s
  • 1 ½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup Hershey’s Egg-shaped White Crème Chips
  1. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl
  2. Melt 4 squares of white chocolate almond bark either in the microwave or double-boiler
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Stir. This is a light coat. You don’t want too much chocolate or the popcorn will get soggy
  4. Add the M&Ms, marshmallows, and crème chips
  5. Let the popcorn cool in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens
  6. Put in zip lock bags for storage
