  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ cup shortening
  • ⅓ cup COLD water
  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Don’t over mix
  2. Roll out and put into a pie pan or quiche dish
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
