- 2 cups sifted flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¾ cup shortening
- ⅓ cup COLD water
- Mix all the ingredients together. Don’t over mix
- Roll out and put into a pie pan or quiche dish
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
